Are you S.A.D.?  Take heart, the days are getting longer and spring is coming.  Seasonal Affective Disorder can happen to anyone from  children to adults.  It saps your energy and makes you feel moody.  There are ways to lessen this disorder. Did you know that 90% all falls happen in your home?  There are things you can do to help keep you safe.  Watch for clutter on floors. Do not use your stairs for storage. Have good hand rails and use non-slip floor rugs.  (from our friends at Creekside Home Health)
