September is here, and after epic rains, fires, and the continuance of COVID, we applaud you all for hanging in there, staying safe, and keeping it together. As we move towards the end of the year, let’s look at ways to continue staying safe, and doing our part to keep our communities strong.
On that note, let’s talk about crime prevention and safe households. Whether you want to join or start a community watch, find a ‘safe household’ checklist, or brush up your knowledge around Senior Safety, we have a link for you. One-stop shopping as it were.
Here you will find ways to keep your children safe online, your homes protected, and a myriad of resources to look at and read. There are some great tips on emergency preparedness as well. We are all in this together, so much of what is presented here also addresses keeping each other safe, and being a good neighbor.
