December’s theme for UNPHC is Emergency Preparedness. Our friends at the State have put together some great resources on how to be prepared. Did you know there are 12 areas of preparedness? Being prepared is a great way to eliminate stress.
The holiday season is filled with twinkly lights and cheer, but it can also deliver a dose of stress and sometimes depression, and in general, challenging mental health days. In the spirit of preparation, here are some tips on coping with seasonal stress to make your holidays the best ever!

Utah has some fabulous ways to make the season sparkle. Many of them are free or low-cost! A great antidote for a rough day is to get out and wander amongst the wonder.
